

The three most common countries searched for were the UK, Australia and New Zealand (968, 355 and 338 users, respectively) with the most common specialties being regional, paediatrics and airway fellowships (526, 423 and 392 users, respectively).

With approximately 4500 anaesthesia trainees in the UK this suggests around 44% of trainees have looked at the site. The majority of users were based in the UK (1996 users, 53.8% of total), however the site has expanded globally with 1713 international users across all continents. In the first nine months of running (1 May – 31 January), the website received 5830 visits from 3709 unique users with 2121 users returning to the site on multiple occasions. We researched fellowships available worldwide on hospital, subspecialty association and training programme websites.
